Allison joined the ID Ventures team in 2020 as an Analyst. Allison meets and screens new investment opportunities, develops relationships with entrepreneurs, and assists in the due diligence and investment committee process. Allison has been leading the team’s FAM (Funding, Access, and Mentorship) Program which supports underrepresented founders and founding teams of Michigan-based startups in the post-idea to early-MVP stage.
Allison graduated from Morgan State University, located in Baltimore, Maryland. While there, she was immersed in the venture capital industry through internship experiences at Intel Capital and Greenspring Associates, now StepStone Group. In 2019, Allison joined a Baltimore-based fellowship of college students vying to create lasting social impact in the community with the guidance of local civic leaders. After graduating from the fellowship in Baltimore, Allison joined Venture for America with the intention to identify post-graduation opportunities that would combine her professional experiences in college with her passion to create lasting social impact in communities.
