Biography

Laura Lacy Graham is a Policy Analyst for SSTI, and the former Assistant Director of the Regional Innovation Acceleration Network (RIAN).  Laura focuses on states’ fiscal and manufacturing-related policies and/or activities and assists in the coordination of SSTI’s cooperative agreement with NIST’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). She has extensive experience with program coordination, research, editorial production, and office management, including three seasons in Antarctica as the research support coordinator for UNL’s multi-national and NSF-funded ANDRILL (ANtarctic geologic DRILLing) Program; a community involvement specialist with Ecology & Environment’s EPA Region 7 START and Brownfields Programs; and, before joining RIAN/SSTI, the office manager for Northwest Geophysics.

Laura holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in History with minors in Political Science and Art History.
