Biography
Sally J. Guzik is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Fourth Economy, a national economic strategy consulting firm. She is passionate about solving complex problems related to socioeconomic challenges to create social justice through enterprise. She is an adept connector with a keen understanding of community engagement, innovation and technology economies, and the impact of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) has on access to capital and resources.
Before joining Fourth Economy, Sally served as the executive director for the Cambridge Innovation Center’s entire business in the Philadelphia region, including 140,000 square feet of co-working, office, and laboratory space for startups, corporate innovation departments, and research and development teams. She helped to bring Backstage Capital’s accelerator to Philadelphia in addition to launching CIC’s first social impact cohort program. An expert in global strategic communications, Sally believes in the centrality of communication in harnessing talent, creating change, and developing opportunities. She thrives on leading teams through change, mentoring, and advocating for evolving talent.
